Communicator "Golub" is perfect for working with various security devices as an additional GSM communication channel.
When the wire telephone line is missing, defective or damaged the notification is transmitted by GSM, which greatly improves the reliability of the security system as a whole.
The communicator is connected to the output of the security device on the telephone line, and simulates a monitoring desk receiver, taking notice and the phone numbers from security device and storing them in its own buffer. Accepted by the communicator notifications are retransmitted to the monitoring desk through a wired telephone line, and at its failure or absence – by GSM. In alarm case SMS messages can also be sent to the user’s mobile phone.
Communicator provides the work with all types of security devices or control panels with the possibility of send notices on the telephone line in a DTMF sequence (eg, ADEMCO ID Contact, ADEMCO Express). As a rule, notices are sent to the monitoring desk in the same format in which they are received from the security system, to provide communicator "transparency" for software and hardware. In addition, messages can be retransmitted to the monitoring desk via GPRS. Retransmitted to the monitoring desk notices, stored in a nonvolatile device memory, and are not lost when power is turned off.
Communicator checks the wired telephone line and GSM connection, if one of the communication channels is fault, appropriate notice is transmitted with a different channel.
Communicator «Golub» can duplicate received messages in SMS form to user’s mobile phone (for ADEMCO ID Contact only).
Communicator has an output (transistor switch), switching if one of communication channels is fault. The output can be connected as the Guard Panel zone for processing of the communication channel malfunction (for example, to turn on a light or sound alarm).

Communication channels
Communicator supports GSM network 900/1800 MHz ranges, Phase 2+, class 4 (900 MHz, 2W) class 1 (1800 MHz, 1W) and the interfacing with telephone line in accordance with GOST 25007-81, supports pulse and tone dialing a phone number.
